⭐️ Features Re-added to Floorp 12

Re-added the feature that allows additional Lepton customization, which is experimental and unsupported.
When selecting a folder or random images for the new tab background, you can now also use a slideshow.
The multi-row tab row limit feature is available again.

❌ Fixes

Fixed an issue where Floorp for Linux could not be updated.
Fixed an issue where the installer for Floorp on Windows could not install properly.
